Blackboard Agency Pty Ltd collects the information on this form to consider you for paid content projects, to contact you about them, and, where you accept a project, to send you products and arrange payment. Your profile (name, location, age range, interests, what you can film, the photos and videos you provide, and ethnicity and accent if you choose to tell us) may be shown to the brands we cast for. Your contact details, postal address and phone model are never shown to brands; the address is used only to send you products. We keep your profile while you are on our books and for two years after your last project, after which it is deleted. Payment details are collected separately only when you invoice us and are retained for seven years as required by Australian tax law. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing talent@blackboardagency.com.au. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and, for creators outside Australia, the privacy laws that apply to you.
